We invite you to become a part of the 2025 Employee Benefits Institute (EBI) as a sponsor or exhibitor. Your involvement will help us continue providing high-quality programming while keeping tuition affordable for our attendees.

The 2025 EBI Annual Conference will be held on April 30, 2025, in-person at the Overland Park Convention Center and virtually via webcast.

By supporting the EBI, your organization will receive recognition at both the in-person conference and throughout the webcast, giving you visibility to a broad audience of professionals. Sponsors can also take advantage of a discounted rate for exhibit tables if they wish to participate as both a sponsor and an exhibitor.
